Collective housing
Conceived with deep attention to spatial quality and contextual integration. This building not only respects the scale and character of the surrounding housing, but also incorporates an inclusive program that fosters community interaction and resident well-being.
Spatial Quality and Contextual Integration
The building's architecture has been carefully designed to create spacious, light-filled spaces that promote comfort and livability. The choice of wood as the main material not only offers a warm and welcoming finish, but also underscores our commitment to sustainability and the use of renewable resources. The structure respects the scale of the urban environment, ensuring a harmonious transition between the new building and the existing housing.
Community Inclusion
The building's program is intended to be inclusive and encourage social interaction. With public areas such as a café, a daycare center, and a library, we sought to create a vibrant space where seniors can connect with the broader community. These facilities are designed to be accessible and welcoming, promoting an intergenerational and dynamic environment.
